Our integrative negotiation training combines strategy, psychology, and real-life business scenarios.
Our approach goes beyond theory. We guide your team through a realistic negotiation simulation on site—based on leading schools of thought such as Principled Negotiation, Cialdini's principles of influence, and proven theoretical foundations of BATNA, rapport and trust building, and using objective criteria.
During training, your team can put what they have learned into practice in a safe environment. The integrated feedback training strengthens team and learning culture. Effective feedback enables learning from mistakes and allows your team to continuously improve.

Didactic concept
In order to learn, we need attention, relevance, as many different reference points as possible, role models, and repetition.
Our teaching is based on the latest learning psychology methods. These offer participants support in their learning and are explicitly geared towards simple and sustainable learning.
Unfortunately, people quickly forget most of the information we acquire. This is simply due to the sheer volume our brains take in and need to sort out.
Sustainable training must therefore not end with the training sessions. A longer-term concept is needed to anchor knowledge and maintain skills.
